By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand there Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times. The content made available on our site is the property of Jerry Griggs. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloaded files and anything that contributes to the composition of our site. We reserve the right to refuse to perform any work deemed illegal or unsafe by any of our technicians. Any additional work required beyond the initial agreement will be subject to separate terms and pricing.  Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified. The electrician is not liable for any damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty wiring not identified during inspection, or client interference. The client is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for the electrician. The electrician provides a warranty for services performed, details of which will be outlined in the service agreement. Any issues arising within the warranty period will be addressed promptly at no additional cost. The electrician carries adequate insurance coverage, and any claims for damages will be addressed through the insurance policy.  The electrician will make reasonable efforts to complete the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly to the client. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees outlined in the service agreement. Any discounts or price modifications related to the company slogan will be at the owner of Grigger's Electrical's discretion.  The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and its electrical systems. Access to the premises must be granted at the scheduled times. Any disputes arising from the services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal means as outlined in the service agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state or Florida, and any legal actions will be conducted in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
